SEPHORA at Kohl's

Aaliyah WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! She was in the store by herself so she not only gave my daughter an I grade A service but she was very intentional about greeting and serving other customers as well. She was very knowledgeable about the products that would not harm my daughters skin and matching her. In all my years the service has never been this amazing. Thank you Aaliyah

Coming here and to the Kohl's site to leave a review speaks for itself with this experience. Brynn at Sephora was so helpful with helping me pick the perfect fragrance. I had no idea what I wanted, only informed her I prefer floral scents. She truly went above and beyond! She took her time helping me until I found the perfect scent for me. This store is well organized and clean as well, I'll definitely be returning. Thank you so much Brynn for the great customer service!

I came in near closing about 18 mo ago, with a coupon for a free full-sized choice of 5 mascaras. I knew which one I liked the best (Lancome Monsieur Big). The cosmetic consultants loved looking at the coupon and were happy to put the free mascara in my little Sephora bag. It was fun! This time, Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes

It was a cute store! The employee was helpful but not too positive of where certain products were; but they may have been new! Good selection.

Very poor service. Was in the store 15+ minutes and was not acknowledged at all by employees.
