SEPHORA at Kohl's

whoever the three girls who were working the counter on 1/30 at 4pm were rudeeee. walked up while they were chatting, sorry, asked if they had a product because i never shop there. they all looked at me sideways, didnt say hi or nothing, when i asked the girl on my right, goes “nope we dont sell that brand here” in a snotty attitude. i go “okay sorry i thought google said you did my bad do you know where they might have it?” and she talks to me like im a child and goes “yea maybe in colonie centerrrr?” this is why people shop online i swear mean girls everywhere. if you got social anxiety or feel uncomfortable out shopping dont go here because they got some mean girls behind the counter. like might not seem like a big deal but i hate shopping and wanted a last minute pick me up after a rea

Terrible experience. As soon as I walked in, the cashier followed me around the store although I told her politely that I did not require any assistance. I just wanted to smell some perfumes on my list. Lots of racial profiling. Extremely disappointed. Did not feel welcome at all. Will not be returning.

Will never return to this Sephora! Wish I can give it 0 star. Staff members approached me “very aggressively mainwhile blocking my path n asked me if needed anything” just because I had an item in my hand while looking for something else. I’m absolutely disgusted but this behavior! Wish I looked at her badge name “ older lady with dark brown hair”. Discrimination at its finest. Do better Sephora! Teach your staff proper customer services etiquette . So disgusted!

Horrible, would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is untrained, rude, and unhelpful. Those return/exchange policy is outlandish. They are not able to look up your purchase on their system if you pay with cash. Just go to a regular Sephora!

Even with the Holiday Madness, the store was easily accessible! Great place with plenty of employees to assist you if needed!
