Nice selection! My daughter was so excited to use her birthday gift card this weekend. She had fun walking around to each area and just checking out what they had to offer. She had a hard time choosing between face and lip masks or skincare, body fragrance or makeup. The reason for the 3 stars is because I felt rushed by the workers. While trying to check out the displays near the registers, more than once they said how they could take me at the register. I felt like they wanted me to just check out and leave. They had a chance to sell more, but seemed like they had better things to do and wanted us to hurry up and go. We came around 6pm so time was not a problem. Please update your inventory online. I drove an hour out of state to get huda beauty powder that was listed online in stock. Not only does this location not have it they don’t even have a Huda beauty section what a waste of time. Call in before driving here to make sure they have anything.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon. Sephora associate asked if I needed something. I said Iwas looking for a new foundation. She walked away & continued to talk to another employee. I walked around, waited for her help. Nothing... so I left & went to Ulta. Got excellent service & spent alot. Terrible experience.

So happy we have a Sephora in Washington! Stopped in today and the customer service was excellent again !
