I'm giving 5 stars specifically for Carol at this location—she’s truly the highlight of every visit. Carol consistently goes above and beyond, reminding me about rewards points and helping guide me toward the right products. Thanks to her, I always have a great experience. While the store itself is sometimes low on certain items I'm looking for, it's consistently organized, well-maintained, and usually has the essentials I need. I genuinely enjoy coming here. Huge thanks to Carol for all your help and excellent service every time!

Had to go into the store (I usually order online) to get a few of my go-to makeup products. Immediately upon entering, I saw a customer use the tester Fenty lip gloss directly on her lips and put it back in the tester area. Super gross and a HUGE health hazard. 🤢 Immediately remembered why I prefer shopping online.

The older artificial red headed woman is rude and unpleasant. I know we weren’t buying makeup but we did make a fragrance purchase. She approached us to ask if we needed help. We asked about a specific fragrance and she coldly said “there might be more over there” and then just walked away. We were under the impression that she was going to go and retrieve the fragrance from “over there” but instead she started helping other people. Terrible customer service from her.

Carol helped me find something that worked for my skin after I looked for months! She is so sweet and very helpful, I will be back! ☺️ I am very grateful for her help.
