SEPHORA at Kohl's

I haven’t always had great experiences in Sephora nor Kohls because people always come off rude, but I came in last minute trying to buy something for my girlfriends birthday and a nice associate named Janiyah did amazing helping me find everything l needed! She said I couldn't leave a tip so I decided to leave a review because i definitely came in blind. Definitely coming back for future gift shopping, all the girls in Sephora were amazing!

I have always had a positive experience going here. The staff is so helpful, I’ve gotten color matched now 3 times and Lilly is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable of the products. Highly recommended going here for your beauty product needs!

The young lady (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) that helped myself and my two girls today was phenomenal. I came in in a panic, as the salon I had booked with canceled our appointments without warning 3 hours before family pictures. The Sephora associate helped match us with makeup colors and helped us find everything we needed, including an Amika hair tool, to help us get ready for family pictures. Thank you so much!

As soon as i walked in Erica brought me a bag, asked if i needed any help, and she was super sweet and so very helpful! She would check in and make sure i was good, and help with any questions. She was a o knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! I had such a pleasant experience I had to leave a review! Definitely go see erica she will be more than helpful <3
