Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Mia! She was so great and helpful today. She's also an amazing educator, she listened to me and then guided me on additions to my routine that would still make me feel comfortable based on what I came in the store looking for.
World. Class. Service. My trip to Kohl's wasn't for anything in particular, I was going to find something and spend my Kohl's cash I'd earned, right? Well, my eyes drew me to Sephora and this watermelon scented item had my attention. Over walks DaMiah, who proceeds to tell me about the product and her positive experience...I was amazed at her insight! I know I stioe her away from others far longer than expected but we mingled over to the Fenty line (which I love) and, after trying on some samples, I decided in a new shade, Mauve Wives. Amirah was a wonderful help too in between assisting customers. These ladies really are the sweetest and informative of your insider rewards too. Give them a raise, Sephora! It's rare to find such talent these days! Kudos and I will be back. Highly recommend
DON’T COME TO THIS SEPHORA! I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes to check out. When the Sephora employee came up to the register with an attitude and said “put your email in”. No hello, no smile, no did you find everything you needed, nothing! She was mumbling under her breath, not sure what she was saying. When she put my product in the bag she threw/flung it onto the counter and the bag landed on its side. I will not be returning to this store and will be visiting the East Cobb Avenue store. Where the employees are so happy to help and acknowledge you.
I was the only customer in the store who was not offered help. There was a woman on duty when I arrived who seemed pleasant but never approached me. Then I guess the shift changed because there was then a male associate who wouldn't even make eye contact with me. He did however inquire with the other guests in the store, and walking past me several times to make sure they had baskets to shop with and making it known that he was available for any questions that they had. After I stood at the counter to get his attention, he suggested that I go to the store up the street. Not sure about the female associate, she did at least smile but the interaction from the male associate or lack there of felt racially motivated. I do not recommend this Sephora and will not visit it again.
bought one shampoo and paid in cash. i was only given about 2/3rds of my change, with $9 missing. both employees at the desk kept talking over each other, while talking AT me, and it really seemed like a distraction so that they could short me. by the time i had noticed i had been shorted (which was only about a minute later), my uber had arrived and i wasn’t able to go back into the store. they also prompted me to create a new insider account when i already had one connected to the same email. they asked a lot of questions about my hair, but only for the purpose of steering me toward the most expensive products that i have no need for. at this point, with the constant nagging and pushing for customers to buy more and more and more, sephora seems to just want their employees to beg for mon
