this review is for ari she was so wonderful and kind and the epitome of helpful. I came in looking for vacation makeup, expressed that I needed something lightwright and she took her time with finding the right product and shade matching (and a shade that was actually a true match i’m still amazed she got it on the first try lol) and was able to recommend me other products without any uncomfortable upselling. she was so genuine i’ve always loved this sephora for its stock but the customer service has always been subpar but ari truly made the difference in my shopping experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with my appointment at Sephora in Arlington. I booked a “Special Occasion” makeup appointment for March 4 at 3:30 PM and received multiple confirmation messages beforehand. On the day of the appointment, I suddenly received a text saying the appointment had been canceled. This was extremely frustrating because it was scheduled for my birthday, and I planned part of my day around getting my makeup done. If the store knew they didn’t have a makeup artist available, they should have communicated that much earlier instead of confirming the appointment and canceling last minute. Customers plan their time and special occasions around these services. I love shopping at Sephora, but this experience at the Arlington location was very disappointing. I hope ma

I always go to this location, so far I have had amazing experience!! Haley is so sweet💗 she is very helpful and always welcoming! She is always ready to provide amazing customer service with smile on her face!!

I went into the store prepared to buy some new makeup and pressed powder. Went in with a fresh clean face looking forward to the color match experience. When I entered there were at least 4 to 5 associates standing in a circle talking. Not one greeting was made welcoming me in the store. I walked front to back and nothing. So I decided not to make any purchases at all. I took my business elsewhere. Good customer service is lost at your Parks Mall Store.

Just like with other Sephora's located inside of Kohl's, they don't have some of the items I am looking for.
