I forgot to pack my face moisturizer for my trip to Disney, so popped into this store to purchase some. I knew my usual brand wouldn't have a travel size option, so asked for a recommendation for something new. Jeanette did a fantastic job finding me a rich cream for my dry skin, that was sold as a set with the best face cleanser EVER! Every staff member was friendly and helpful fromstart to finish. Excellent experience shopping here.

Been to this the store many times but the first time getting my make-up done there. On a whole, the store has very friendly staff and some great make-up artists. Got my make-up done for Halloween and I was assigned Allie. Allie and her colleagues aren’t just friendly and talkative so the time passes fast but Allie was very skilled and did an amazing job providing the right look for the ‘Oogie Boogie Bash’ leg of the Eras Tour 😉🫶🏻❤️

I took my fiancée here when we were exploring around Downtown Disney. I knew that my fiancée was looking for this 24/7 make up thing but it was sold out from all the stores we visited. When we walked in, we were greeted and they were able to guide us to the right location where the product was. My fiancée was very happy that this Sephora store had it and of course she went to look around for other stuff too. The employees were very nice while we were looking because they kept asking us if we needed help.

Went to this location on 9/10 around 9pm to buy a body spray that were located by the entrance. An employee watched my fiancé and I shop, never offered to help or asked if we had questions. She just followed us and every time we reached for a scent she got closer. We grabbed one and she stepped up right to my fiancé he had to move away from her. It felt like it was just to make sure we wouldn’t run out with it. Again never once made any contact with us. The whole ordeal made us uncomfortable and we felt profiled so we left the area no longer wanting to look. I purchased my item and we left right after. For a store located in DISNEY PROPERTY, this has to be the worst customer service ever experienced at a Sephora.
