I went in today with my three year old twins somewhat anxiously to try to color match a few foundations I had researched. Not only did Sanjida make me feel comfortable in the space with my children but she also made me feel comfortable in my own (43 year old sun exposed) skin. She recommended a few different foundations which she trialed on my skin and directed me in the right direction for my skin. I ended up going with a brand i had never heard of and am beyond pleased with my purchases. Thank you Sanjida, you are a gem!

I am a very busy mom of five, I just had a new baby, haven’t had time to take care of myself, and am returning to work soon, so I came in to grab my usual Bobbi Brown lipstick so that I can at least feel presentable and alive again. Matt greeted me at the door and told me they didn’t carry it anymore, but he helped me find an extremely close match in Charolette Tilbury, which, without his help I probably would have walked out with something I didn’t like or know the right color. He also told me which one he thought flattered my tone best, prepared and sanitized the lipsticks so I could try them on. Overall, I’ve never been treated so kindly by an employee before. He had a very positive attitude and was very welcoming. When I cashed out, I was also treated very nicely by the girl work

My daughter and I had a wonderful first experience at this Buffalo location. We recently relocated from Orlando, Fl so finding the nearest Sephora was a must! I must say, the staff was very warm and inviting. There was always someone there to assist with questions. The store was extremely busy right before Thanksgiving, but everyone managed to keep a smile on their face. They even offered amazing tips on certain collections of skin care, makeup, etc.

Every time I come here, it’s a great experience! Yesterday was my first time bringing my toddler in and the staff was sooo sweet to my daughter and I. Leila helped me find a new concealer in the perfect shade. I wouldn’t have been able to make the choice without her help! *edit* I still stand by my original review. It’s such a great vibe in there. Everyone is sooo nice and helpful!!! Ashley and Matthew helped me this recent time which I’m very fortunate for! 😌

The person that helped me and my friend, Leila, was AMAZING and so helpful. She was very kind, friendly, and warm. She made me feel like she was my friend giving me advice. She really went the extra mile helping us pick out foundation and concealer (and shade matching us), to helping us pick out some amazing fragrances. The whole experience was so much fun.
