We shopped at King St. Sephora to purchase make-up for my daughter’s upcoming dance performance. Jordan was a GEM and provided us with top tier customer service selecting the foundation color and all make up products required for the performance. She provided meaningful feedback and was so patient. Honestly, she made my role as a parent so much EASIER! My daughter will walk away with positive memories here at Sephora-King St. Thank you so much Jordan!

Today. I had such an amazing shopping experience with Roxy. She was so sweet and warm which is much needed during this current time. All though our interaction was short she truly made my day.

This store does not track or accept returns within 3 weeks of purchase despite the 30 day clause. I attempted to return unopened Christmas presents with the card purchased and proof of purchase and was denied funds violating consumer protection laws. All items are final sale here apparently.

Vanessa Your the Best!!! I was currently looking for a better facial cleanser that I can use. Because the current one that I had broke my skin out. She was very funny and sweet, sooo helpful with which facial cleanser I should buy. If you guys come to this store for any help go to Vanessa she’s the best!! 😆

App said they had products in the store. They had one, not the other. The sales woman (of should I say person wearing a Sephora shirt earning her pay by applying her own makeup) did look in the drawer and told me "out of stock." Not: "Let's order it for you and ship to your home for free!" Nope, she just wanted me out of the store so she could finish her own face. She also told me the app and store inventory are often wrong. No apology on behalf of the company. Just get out of my way. Brilliant Sephora. I'd not have written any review at all but this particular store is often out of product and even samples so you can't try before you buy. It's probably great for all the tourists we get in this area but I live here and it's the closest store. Guess I'll buy online from another company.
