Very disappointed with my experience. As I entered the store, I saw 3 workers chatting together. I approached them and asked for a recommendation. One of the workers proceeds to quickly walk over to a section, says something really quick and walks away quickly to go back to talking. I didn't even get to ask any follow up questions. And she was in such a rush and I couldn't even figure out what product she said. I felt so disappointed I just left the store without anything.

I had an excellent experience in the Colonie Center Sephora today. Lilly noticed me looking at cosmetics and immediately found me a perfect lipstick in a perfect shade. I then asked a question about perfume. Again, she listened to what I wanted and found a perfect choice. I will definitely be back. It can be hard to find great customer service, but Lilly was amazing!

Would not let me return a Christmas gift 13 days outside of their 30 day return policy for store credit. I was unaware of the new 30 day return policy. It used to be 60 days. I was not able to return sooner because of medical reasons and I had a baby. I would have expected them to be more understanding of the circumstances. I would understand if it was months after their new 30 day return policy but it was 10 days and there should be some flexibility around the holidays and with medical reasons. It’s just one item AND I would have used store credit to purchase something else. Ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of working with Steven he was incredibly helpful and clearly knows what he is doing. He made the experience delightful and recommended products that I love. He is amazing!

The workers were really nice but i’m pretty sure they were being pressured to consistently ask me and my coworker if we needed anything else. We got asked no joke 15-20 times in the 10 minutes we were in there. We came in our work uniforms because we already had a long day at work and were trying to do some shopping… it felt so weird and targeting why would we even be stealing in our work uniforms.. We felt extremely uncomfortable I do not know why they’re pressuring their workers to do this. There was also a random lady mistaking me for a worker that started yelling at me for absolutely no reason so we just walked out and even as we were walking out the workers were still asking us if we needed anything else like what even was that
