What a hidden gem! Friendly staff, bright atmosphere, reasonable prices, superior services and top-of-the line skills and products! Everyone here is wiling to do whatever will make clients happy and satisfied. I was thoroughly impressed with Diana, who did my son’s haircut and my daughter’s hair straightening treatment. You can tell she is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients, and certainly has a lot of pride in her work. The owner of the shop is super friendly and pleasant as well! Every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it. The best part about this salon is that a “mind-blowing hair wash” is INCLUDED in every service you receive!!! I had a great experience at Seoul Beauty Salon! I called to request an appointment for a straight perm + haircut and the owner was very kind, offering me an appointment that was just a few days out. Even when I had a scheduling conflict that came up, the owner was very accommodating and let me push my appointment back a few hours! So kind! When I arrived to the salon, she greeted me warmly and offered me a gown and tea/coffee to drink. She was very thorough with her work, and I was very grateful with the way she gave me her undivided attention to complete my hair treatment. Haircut was rushed and uneven. Even though there were only two customers in the salon, the haircut felt very rushed. The stylist seemed in a hurry, and the end result was uneven and ragged. The experience was very disappointing.
