Senju Massage and Spa

The Customer Service was great. I called about a week and half before and asked multiple questions and scheduled the appointments for my friends and myself. They were pleasant and accommodating. They were ready for us when we arrived and got started right away. They gave us the heads up that it was cold downstairs and they had just turned on the heat. The massage tables are heated as well. The massage was amazing and I would definitely go back. One of my friends got the headspa and she said it was really good. After our massages we went upstairs to have our foot massages and it was so good and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. Hoping to make it a monthly thing.

Bad service. I went yesterday for a head spa massage for 70 minutes and it was 80$. I love everything including the head wash and massages but in the final part where the lady was drying my hair she didn’t know how to dry hair and hold the dryer properly. Some people have different type of hairs. I can’t imagine me being white and a black person with different type of hair going there and they do tho to them. This is unfair. I will never go back and pay 80$ for this because the hair analysis where they check for your scalp give you treatments and everything was supposed to be included, it wasn’t included in this package. If I could give no ⭐️, trust me, I would. To say that these people are unprofessional and unreliable would be an understatement. I made an appointment by phone, days in advance, but when we got there, the man at the front desk, simply told us that I had only scheduled for 1 person to get a massage. Like seriously, why would 3 of us turn up for a 1-person massage? Mind you, he didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge or apologize for his incompetence . He simply stated that he had spots for different times. Why would we go TOGETHER to get massages at different times? How does that even make sense? I called ahead and was told walk-ins were welcome. When I showed up Sunday around 12:30 PM with my aunt, the receptionist said there was nothing available until 3:00 PM. That’s misleading and frustrating. On top of that, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. We took our business elsewhere and were treated much better. Very disappointing experience.

Local head spa !! 10/10 makes absolutely no sense to go to queens now. Heads up there’s no private rooms for massages, it’s on the upper floor by the entrance/exit so sometimes you’ll hear a welcome or a checkout transaction, but they do have curtains which was fine for me. Head spa is downstairs super comfy and cozy 👍( the blow outs are good ! ) ***Dont recommend if someone just got the hair dyed. Congratulations on being open and many more years to come in business 🎉
