Sendero Nails & Lashes

I’m so disappointed. Last time i was here the pedicurist cut my toe so bad that it got infected. Against my better judgment i again went back i even told BOTH the woman to be gentle because i got cut last time. Well the manicurist was so incredibly rough! She cut almost ever nail! I have six bleeding cuts and her own nails were so sharp so even broke the skin on my hand with her nail! My hand doesn’t bend that way either as they grab my finger and twist and turn, they are so rough! And to top it off my nails look awful! I work with my hands for a living and I am in so much pain after this experience. It was not nice and relaxing it ended in pain yet again. They are too rough! I find it completely unnecessary to file with such abrasiveness the way they file they cut almost every

25 minutes late to start and no massage is a good way to get on my Never Again list. Commented to manager about the missing massage, he asked the technician who said she did it and he chimed in "I saw her do it". Then why did you ask? I got a 1-2 minute rinse, at least the toe nails look good. No water provided, either. It's pretty cheap and busy, so maybe thus was an outlier?

I’m very disappointed in this place, especially as I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. I got gel polish on my toenails and during my next visit, I asked for it to be removed. I believed it had been taken off at that time. However, at my following appointment, the technician started drilling into my nail. I told her not to drill since it was only regular polish, but she insisted there was still gel left from a previous visit. Not to my surprise, she drilled too far and severely damaged my toenails. The surface was so rough the polish wouldn’t apply properly, and an entire piece of my nail actually fell off the next morning. Due to travel, I wasn’t able to address it right away, but when I eventually brought it up to the manager, his only solution was for me to pay for more gel to

i asked for a full set of pink and white ombré coffin acrylics and it took them over two hours to do them, my skin hurt so bad afterwards, and they didn’t even give me acrylics they gave me dips. As I noticed they were doing dips i asked “are you doing dips i don’t want dips i would like acrylics please” and she just nodded her head and continued. Then my mom who was getting her nails done said something about them being dips and not acrylics and then a man who works there and was able to communicate better came over and explained to my mom that they “ran it by me” before they started which was a complete lie. no one told me anything about dips and both my mother and i had been sitting next to each other the whole time so we both would’ve heard this conversation. when i said i was not inf

UPDATE So, I went again with my friends, I didn't really wanted to go there after my last experience, but since it was my friends choice, we decided to go! ... A little apprehensive at first, but I got a new manicurist, oh my gosh, she was so good!! Her name is Jazmine and it really changed my mind about the whole place, definitely coming back but only if Jazmine is available :) ****** I wish I had liked this place... Very poorly skills when it comes to doing your nails, I got cut immediately when the lady starting preparing my nails for the dip... The guy that did my pedi was ok, I waited a good time before leaving the place to get my toe nails dry, that didn't happen ... Not impressed, spend $85 to get painful fingers :( and thick polish that never dried
