Nikki is a great nail tech. I’ve been going to her for a few months now. Almost every time I come, I bring my baby with me. This is the third time I’ve come and brought her just to be told at the END of my appointment AFTER I paid my $90 that unless being serviced, children aren’t allowed in the salon. Fine time to tell me that? Again, Nikki was a great tech for me. But I will not be returning. I can’t go to any established where both my baby and I aren’t accepted. Not kidding friendly, wouldn’t recommend for a momma just trying to feel good about herself. Oh, and I looked through the website THOROUGHLY… no mention of kids not allowed. So, maybe check that ✨

I contact this spa a week ago to schedule my daughter and her 4 friends for manicures pedicures and facials. On the phone I was told to leave an email because she couldn’t help me with that. I emailed immediately after hanging up, a week ago, and still haven’t heard anything back. That is highly unprofessional how are people supposed to schedule for a group which your website says you offer if no one is available to set that up

Visiting this location was the first time in my life that I had a positive spa experience! My gel-x nails were perfect—i had no complaints about what needed to be changed or fixed. Each nail was shaped perfectly and designed beautifully. Corrine was my nail tech and she was BEYOND amazing. I also had Asia do my pedicure and she was professional and gentle—I’ve never had a gentle pedicure before coming to Self.ish Beauty Spa. 10/10 experience and I WILL be coming back again!

I havent had my nails done in years and I wanted to find a good nail ARTIST who could do a wide range of designs. I found this shop on IG and decided to give them a try. I believe I had Chareese(?). I showed her a pic of a design on pinterest and said it didnt have to be exact just the same vibe. I love my nails! I got alot of compliments on them. The shop does really great work and its a plus that I can support a black owned business as well. Ill definitely go back.

I had my very first appointment at Self•Ish Beauty and I loved it! The decor is super cute and that staff is friendly. Dionna (apologies, I didn't get her correct spelling) was AMAZING. She was so sweet and didn't judge my "quarantine toes" 😆 as this was my first salon visit since the lockdown began. The Self•ish Pedicure was EVERYTHING! The Sugar Scrub was FANTASTIC. She explained the benefits of the products that she was using on me and even filled me in on other services that the salon offers. They did a temperature check at the door and I observed every single staff member doing some sort of cleaning and sanitizing at some point during the time I was there. I will 100% be returning.
