Selene Unisex

Selene herself accepted my plea to blow dry my hair when I came in as a desperate walk-in 30 mins before salon’s closing. Unfortunately my Spanish is still rudimentary, but Selene achieved what I was aiming for after showing her some inspo photos. Plus, I really love that she uses cool home style tricks to make the experience smooth — plastic spoon over ear so no third degree burns and this funky cone during hair wash so you don’t get that wet dribble down your neck. Lastly, I have 3C curly hair, so finding someone who can blow dry my curls without using hot iron tools can be tricky — but not for Selene’s salon!

Went in for a simple wax. They dropped wax on my pants and sweatshirt. They also left my eyebrows uneven so they ruined my eyebrows and clothes.
