Selbe African Hair Braiding

I’ve been coming to the shop for two decades almost no lie sent so many people their way for braids… my last experience was a disaster I was not satisfied at all and they knew they were wrong. Amy who is the owner & Fatimah who is her niece agreed that my next visit my braids I always pay $250 for will be half off. Fast-forward to the time for me to make an appointment, I text Amy. She does not reply. I call Amy. She does not answer so I give it more time at this point. I contact Fatimah and basically was trying to make my appointment and she asked me do I get the $200 braids I said no I get the $250 Knotless. She told me that she couldn’t take $125 off just $100 off because it was a lot of work and I told her these were the agreements in terms that we all agree to. I have to call Amy. She

It's very unprofessional how they book people with no employees to work making us clients have to wait around extra 30mins - 1hr after already booking an appointment the day before

Better to make an appointment. They're always busy but they do great work. I get cornrows in simple designs and they are always neat and crisp. They braid strong and tight but NOT TOO Tight.... just right 👌🏾

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called on Wednesday and made an appointment to get my hair braided today ( Friday)! I called when I was outside ( after driving an HOUR) and she said for what?!! She said she couldn’t do my hair because she was alone and I could go to her aunts shop on 17th. I said i was referred to your shop I don’t know your aunts work. She said I don’t know what you want me to do. Outside of being super inconsiderate she had no regard for literally having me drive an hour pay toll just to be turned away. I will NEVER make another appointment here!

Today, is the first time that I went here to get my hair done. I am so happy with my hair. I look so beautiful with these braids and twists in my hair. I will definitely come back soon.🎉👍😁👍
