I’m thankful that Hayley’s book were open and available for me! After using PTO with a previous stylist at the same salon, who cancelled on me last minute… I was so appreciative of Hayley for agreeing to do my hair! I’ve been going to her ever since. Any time I’ve ever shown her an “inspo” picture, she’s executed it perfectly. She listens and always confirms what it is we are about to do. Definitely recommend her.

While I am thankful this salon fit me in less than 24 hours of an appointment.... I initially went for a root touch up, which i should have just done it myself and would have looked 100 times better...MY hair is supposed to be platinum which is what I was promised. And its now 3 different colors. Doesnt even blend... not even close. Then was talked into $860 worth of maybe 14 inch length hand sewn extensions... one, feel horrible and look horrible and are falling out on the sides not even a day after having it done... my roots are even more brassy than when I came in, my roots aren't even completely covered for one, and dont even nearly match the extensions. The roots, mixed with my hair color, vs the toner she CLEARLY DIDN'T even use.... I WILL be coming back next week and something needs

Kathryn was FANTASTIC! She was ready immediately and I didn’t have to wait at all. She had been consulting with me prior to our appointment so she was able to quickly look at my hair and know exactly what to do. I came in with red/brassy hair (the pictures below of me in a black and white shirt) and she was able to get exactly what I wanted(pictures in the denim jacket). Oh, and she was able to achieve this product in HALF the time I am used to. A natural talent. 10/10 would recommend.

Left Lexi Ollis's chair with a botched haircut, almost the same color, orange money pieces, grays and nothing like my goal photo. Paid $312.00. I Asked to fix and she cancelled my appt multiple times. Asked for refund/ never got
