Segovia Restaurant

10/20/25 first time here. I've been trying to get to this place for over a decade. I would hear the commercials on AM radio all the time. So happy i finally made it and I'm looking forward to returning soon!! This place is certainly one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. The hype is real! The food was great, the flavors came through very nice. Octopus cooked to perfection. Steak tips were really nice, the heat was just right. Shrimp, artichoke and potatoes really good. The service was excellent. I realize the price point is a bit higher but in my opinion, the quality is certainly worth it. Be back soon!

We were so excited to come because we heard wonderful things. We originally was going to go to little ferry but the wait was an hour and half. We went to moonachie location. Bread was ok freshly baked. It would have been better with homemade butter. Black bean soup was 10/10 my favorite and is what is keeping the rating up. The white bean soup was bland. I had to add salt but it was missing flavor. 3/10. Filet mignon empanada were disappointing. Not much meat and was missing flavor or something. It needed sauce or cheese to make it a bit more juicy. My husbands steak disappointing. He barely touched it. No flavor. Chips needed salt and the rice was ok. Mine was ok. The fries were undercooked or stale. The rice was ok. This is a place to put on a must try the food is really great. The sangria is awesome and the desert is really great as well. I was here 3 time in the last 10 years and most recently 2 days ago. The shrimp was great the steak was great. I should have had the paella my wife had that and it was so delicious. My desert was the chocolate mousse cake was excellent. Topped it of with a liqueur 47. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant.

The overall experience was amazing. I went all the way from Queens to there because they had jamón ibérico on the menu, but I ended up going to the wrong location but still, did not disappoint. Even though it is a "fast pace" restaurant and you won't get the undivided attention of the servers (which I appreciate), I never had an empty water glass or needed to signal any of them to ask for something. I don't think it is on the menu, but they offered me a small cheese board with prosciutto. PD: freshly baked bread, killer.

My family and I celebrated my husband’s birthday here and he loved the food. Food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the food and our sangria.
