Allyson is excellent deep tissue massage therapist. I booked a 30-minute assisted stretch and 3-hour deep tissue massage. I had started an intense workout routine and was experiencing muscle tightness everywhere, so I was looking for pain relief and relaxation. After my session, I felt 100% refreshed and had one of the best naps(which is rare to get during a deep tissue massage) . She was very detailed in her work and focused on all of my areas of concern. Her pressure was EXCELLENT! She was respectful, knowledgeable, and kind with a healing spirit. She provided me stretches to do at home and a consistent massage routine to help with my new workout. This is the absolutely cutest place! It feels special and you can tell it’s independently owned and very much UNLIKE those massive corporately owned places. The massage from Allyson truly reflected she indeed has Seeing Hands as her gifted hands were able to identify my much needed areas of pain better than I could have imagined.
