Unprofessional. If you're someone that cares about the health of your nails or hair, I'd be careful who you allow near it.. you'll ruin months and months of care and hard work on your hair/nails, even years of proper maintenance, just to have someone who could careless ruin your progress. Be careful!! My experience as a first time client: I was recommended to this salon. I called and confirmed my appt the morning of and reception said nail tech was running late and pushed it 30 mins. I was a first time client and I was understanding. Its Miami. Traffic..Not unusual for any salon. It's completely understandable. When I arrived, the hostess/receptionist said she wasn't here yet. I waited another 30 mins till she arrived- RED FLAG.. It was frustrating but understanding and didn't make a big

I have been to this place three times. The first two, I had my hair colored and botox done and it was wonderful. The last time, the person who washed my hair (not the colorist but I believe may have been the owner) after it was colored, did such a poor job that my scalp was orange. When I got home, I must have washed it at least ten times and the color kept bleeding off. My pillowcase was ruined. It took five days of multiple daily washings for the bleeding to discontinue. It's really too bad as that day I also had a treatment of "celulas madres" which left my hair super soft and silky. Have not returned and will not return.
