I really wanted to give this place a fair chance because a client of mine highly recommended it. As a braider, I get massages every two weeks to keep my body right, and my normal therapist has been booked — so I decided to try this spa again after a disappointing first visit. Unfortunately, today confirmed that this is not the place for me. From the moment I got on the table, the service felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The therapist didn’t useany lotion, her hands felt unclean, and she didn’t seem trained in proper massage techniques. She was pressing directly into my bones — even after I told her multiple times that it hurt — and the massage itself felt more like random pressure than an actual therapeutic session. Clean space, calming music, and service that feels genuine. The massage therapist was skilled and checked in often about pressure and comfort. I walked out feeling refreshed, with less pain and a clearer mind.
