Me: Hi Lisa My name is Alyssa and you did my hair the day before the superbowl and I just wanted to bring to your attention that ever since I came home my hair has been falling out and I am talking chunks here. As a hair salon professional and owner you should have warned me about this. I felt as if you rushed my appnt and didn't treat me as a client. You made a jerk comment to your husband when he asked you what time you would be done you replied "hopefully before midnight" by far the worse customer service I have received. Excellent salon!! Everything about it is beautiful, the owner, her coworker, the decor, the clients who come in and are made to feel so comfortable and beautiful!!! Warm, friendly, lovely salon!!
