I had a appointment for a certain time I get a text day of wanting to change my appointment time I agreed to accept the new time. I arrive at the shop early so I just waited on parking lot Then I get another text she has to stop off somewhere Else. I am still waiting. She arrives 40 minutes later from the time she had me change to She was very rude, very short when speaking to me Victoria is not professional at all I would never recommend her to a friend Because of the way she handles business She didn’t even apologize for her tardiness If I was late or trying to change my appointment Time 2hrs before my appointment time. I would lose my deposit
