My first visit to Otis Salon left me very satisfied with the French gel Russian manicure I received. The salon is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The owner is welcoming, and the customer service deserves a five-star rating. I paid the same price for the Russian gel manicure as I would for a regular gel manicure, which is unbeatable in Union City. I will be back in two days to try their gel pedicure. Definitely will be make Otis my new nail salon.

The service (Keratin treatment) I received by Otis was wonderful. I have been coming to her for 2-3 years and it has always been a great experience. She always makes sure my hair comes out spectacular. My hair always feels lighter and manageable after the treatment.

This salon is AMAZING. The owner is an EXPERT on every service! They are kind and make you feel so welcomed! The young lady who does the nails does a beautiful job also! And eyelashes!!! This is the ONLY place to have even done such an amazing job consistently! Ladies don’t hesitate to visit this salon! The BEST in UNION CITY!!!!!

Horrible service, owner is super inattentive and unprofessional. Never listens to what customers want, and focuses so much on creating a good image on social media rather than giving good quality service. 0 recommend.
