Secret Nails & Spa

Went there for the first time because the reviews were really high on Google and on yelp but I got a less than superb experience. Just had my nails done yesterday 2/5/23 and theyre already lifting. Also the alcohol was on my skin super long and dried my skin out something horrible after turning it white. Needless to say I probably wont be back because I was already back to have them adjusted after I originally left yesterday afternoon. Im not one to normally post a poor review but im really disappointed that my hard earned money has gone to waste.. my hands are frequently in water so now I have a chance of getting mold up under my nail and the product which can cause HUGE issues!. Its also just a basic dip but I feel like the lady who did them didnt want to be there and the one who should

I usually don’t write reviews but I honestly had a really bad experience here. Started off rude - horrible attitude and I understand everyone has bad days so I tried to ignore it. I had on acrylic/tips and she started just ripping and popping them off completely ruining my nail bed and strength of my nail. Everything was done so lazy and so painful. While she was shaping one of my real nails chipped off cuz she thinned it out sm by not properly removing my acrylic. I asked for a navy blue and the only color they said they could give me was this bright blue. Overall had a really bad experience unfortunately and will never come back

Never go here. Had apt at 10:30 to remove nails. Was left to take 2 other people at 11 that came in and I had to say something about me just sitting there for 30 mins w: foul & acetone on. They quickly finished. No hand cream filling was awful & my nails look awful. Joke! Don’t waste your time.

They took me as a walk in since my regular couldn’t squeeze me in. Great, off to a good start. My nail tech used every possible drill bit she had on extremely high speed to essentially take off my natural nail!! Ouch!!!! They aren’t even in length or filed straight. She never took off the extra cuticle, just left skin around my nail along with burn marks. I asked for white and got white with YELLOW?!? Complete trash and a waste of $50+ Not worth a last minute walk in.

I’m sitting here wondering where the spa part of this nail shop is? Is that even an option. I’ve been here and have had mixed feelings the first time an older lady did my nails and it was a mess I went back with the same nails and the younger lady laughed at them not knowing I got the first set there wow!! Anyhow.. the price isn’t bad and the Second Lady that did it did an amazing job in terms of giving me the shape I wanted but my oh my she almost filed the nail bed clean off and I never realized until I took the nails off my natural nails have been damaged ever since.. I decided to either not go back or just ask not to have them rubbed down so much. Please take the spa off because that’s a joke. Overall I’d give this place a 2-3/5 meh.
