They removed my review on my other account but I'm still very scarred from this experience two years later. Nancy decided to touch my hair even though she had no confidence or idea what she was doing. (She told me she had no idea what she was doing after already jacking up my hair) She bleached then when i told her the streaks weren't lining up she re dyed it with black making a mess of orange and black at the top of my scalp. I left crying and had to find another salon to fix the mess that she made which ended costing me 300$ and hair salon trauma. My original review was two stars but since they think they are slick for removing my experience I'm giving them 1 star.

My daughter and I came in for blowouts and were very clear about what we wanted — even showed the owner photos to make sure there was no confusion. Unfortunately, the results were nowhere near what we requested. She used a brush that still had hair from a previous client, which felt unsanitary, and then overused the curling iron, leaving our hair dry and crisp at the ends. Definitely not the level of care or quality we expected.

I was very greatful that secret gardens could get me in on short notice. All I needed was a blowout and style on my asymmetrical bob. Unfortunately my experience with Inez was similar to be practiced on by a cosmetology student. First, the shampoo was incredibly sloppy. She wore long bell ssleaves that wiped my face Everytime she moved her arms to shampoo. She didn't contain the water to my hair which meant half my face got wet. And she didn't properly towel dry my hair so when I got up it was literally pouring drips. And yes she attempted to blow dry my hair while it was literally sopping wet (bad news for anyone who's hair has texture). It was like she had never done a blowout before. She haphazardly clipped my hair up so when she tried it brush it out with the blow dryer it pulled chu

Had an AMAZING massage from Wendy. Booked another for my birthday and I can't wait! VERY covid-cautious, and a wonderful atmosphere 😊

Our stylist did a good job cutting both of my sons' hair. It was $17 for boy cut.
