Incredible massages and a very relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are always sparkling clean, there are many different types of massages available, and a great owner!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Came in for shoulder tension and trouble breathing due to tight muscles around my ribs. First visit had me breathing easy and second visit my shoulder mobility has improved beyond what it's been in the last seven years. I swear I'm standing two inches taller now. Highly recommend! Can't wait for my next paycheck to clear so I can book another visit. Also just wonderful atmosphere and amazing staff

I instantly feel better the moment I walk in. Sebago Lake Wellness is beautifully decorated and feels so cozy. Amy is wonderful- I've had many massages from her (the 90 min Sebago Lake Bliss is my fav!) Both the body work and reiki make me feel whole again; talking to Amy feels like visiting an old friend. I recently got a facial from Brittany and my skin feels SO good. She was super sweet and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and the products felt good. I can't wait to try other skincare services.

Had an appt with Amy today and she’s the best. Shes a Wicked good LMT from Maine😂. She did everything right and was able to find and manipulate the knotted muscles and I feel great. Thank you for a great session and looking forward to the next 🤙🏽
