I had the most amazing pregnancy massage focused on my neck, legs, back, and feet, and it was exactly what I needed. The tension in my upper back and neck had been building for weeks, and I walked out feeling completely relieved. The therapist was so attentive and adjusted the pressure perfectly while making sure I was comfortable and well-supported the entire time. The foot massage alone was worth it — such a relief! I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely refreshed. I highly recommend this to any expecting mom needing targeted relief and some well-deserved self-care. Thanks Caralee!

Seasons of Solace is a hidden gem! I am a repeat customer. Caralee is the best and she is super knowledgeable when it comes to the muscles. I tell her what is bothering me and she knows how to work it out. I walk out feeling amazing every single time. A bonus is the sauna! I highly recommend!

Seasons of Solace is the best place to go to relax! I use the sauna on a regular basis. It is always clean and warmed up with fresh towels inside. The chromatherapy lights help create the atmosphere I choose for that day and have health benefits as well. I have reduced inflammation, less stress, better sleep and my skin looks better as a result of using the sauna. The massages with any of the ladies are amazing. Caralee is who I see most. She is always able to relieve any problem areas I might have. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Seasons of Solace.

Caralee does an amazing job. My favorite is her deep tissue massages . She's very knowledgeable and cares about your experience. I also experienced the infrared sauna and that was glorious. I look forward to going back.
