My body feels so much more functional and aligned since I started working with her regularly. She has this amazing ability to find exactly what my body needs and address issues I didn't even realize I had. What really sets Carman apart is not just her incredible skill and intuitive touch, but also how genuinely caring and professional she is. Every session with her is therapeutic on multiple levels - she creates such a welcoming, healing environment that I actually look forward to my appointments. This woman has magic in her hands! I have been a repeat customer of Carman for a few years, and I claim she’s one of the reasons why I’m able to run pain free. She not only works out the knots, but gives fantastic advice on further at home care (if needed) to make living an active lifestyle less sore. I have been using Sea Glass Day Spa, For many years. I am extremely active in work and play and beat my body up pretty good. One major aspect of physical health is making sure you take care of your muscles and joints through therapeutic massage. Carmen is always wonderful to communicate with you and assess exactly what and where your body needs it one great thing. I also really appreciate about Carmen is she is not afraid to really work to get those knots out of your muscles. She also is extremely educated and knows when those muscles just need a light massage. For quite some time I have suffered after effects of a frozen shoulder and chronic sciatica pain. After working with Carmen the mobility in my shoulder has increased and the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder and sciatic has drastically decreased. She is fantastic at what she does and I feel like a new person because of her help. I recommend her to everyone I know! I often buy gift certificates so they have no excuse not to try her out!
