Sea Glass Nails and Spa

Walked in and asked for a manicure with sns. When I asked her to clean up my cuticles (isn’t that a basic part of a manicure?) she snapped at me that I “didn’t have any” when I asked her to paint closer to the cuticle she snapped back “I can’t paint on the cuticle” I left with polish all over my finger and zero part of the manicure was done except for the polish. She charged $40. I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back. Update: less than a week later my nail had chipped.

I've always been a bit hesitant about getting my eyebrows waxed at a nail salon but I was very happy with my trip! I went with a few friends and our stylist did a wonderful job, she knew what she was talking about. Very efficient and very affordable! Will be coming back!

Sea Glass Nails did a perfect job on my nails. I got an acrylic refill with gel polish & they were impeccable. The other places around seem to do a bad job when they know I'm just visiting, but Sea Glass was great.

Asked her to help take off old nail polish as I couldn’t do it by myself. She definitely didn’t want to help me albeit no one was in her big shop except for one person. Then she asked me if I was going to pay - of course I was and would have given her a nice tip. So after 10 min of back and forth while she had a very bad attitude I decided to leave and find some place nicer. As a former business owner I just don’t understand how shop employees/owner treat potential customers like this. Shop was totally empty I now know why. Will never return or spend my money to such an undeserved employee!! Run….

Very dissatisfied. I have never left a bad review anywhere or felt that it was really necessary if I was not happy with my service- I have always chosen to take it somewhere else. I waited 1hour and 47 minutes for my service (which I never mind) only to have the tech start my pedicure and literally leave the plaza in the middle of it with her belongings and had me wait back in the chairs. I would be understanding and assume it were personal problems she needed to tend to but she loitered around for a while, laughed and chit chatted as if she was in no rush to go but did not care to service me. In that case, why get started on my pedicure? Then the other two that were working both took a customer before me (both customers arrived after me even after I was sent back to the waiting chairs). A
