My best friend scheduled an apt with them and almost immediately cancelled to change the time and they charged him a cancellation fee. When he called to explain himself and dispute the charges, they were not understanding at all. He is a loyal customer and they didn't care, even though he was going to just pick a new time. The staff member said "even if you cancel one minute after making the apt I'm still charging you". Don't come here. You're better off elsewhere.
