I had an exceptional and truly enjoyable haircut experience with Hilda! She went above and beyond what I asked for, paying attention to every detail and making sure the final result was even better than I imagined. Her skill, care, and professionalism really stood out, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful— welcoming, friendly, and warm, which made the entire visit even more pleasant. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back. I refuse to get my hair cut in New York! Every time I come to Miami for the holidays, I go directly to this salon to get my hair cut by Roberto and my eyebrows done by Cuqui. They are the best❤️

I went into the salon with really bad damaged black hair with patched pieces of brown hair and thought their was no way of it being saved, Robert completely transformed my hair and gave me very bright healthy blonde hair. I left the salon very happy. Robert is the best, and all the staff is really nice and professional. Recommend 10/10!

I went in for a simple trim and had a very unpleasant experience. The receptionist is not a happy camper,the price she told me for the trim was different than what I was told on the phone and much higher than what was advertised on the website. The “stylist” was this older lady who can’t speak a word of English and she asked receptionist to translate what I was looking for which was a simple trim on the ends and nothing else., I even showed her photos. Entire time this lady was trying to speak in Spanish she knew I don’t understand her. And all I keep hearing is asking me if something is ok. And I told her I don’t understand her. So she kept going doing what she does. I thought she was just narrating what she was doing. I watched her using “unique” techniques for this simple trim and just
