There is nothing ever wrong with my hair bc her talent is amazing but the hostility I felt the last 2 times was concerning. You told me my neck looked bad and I embarassed you (after a serious event I had & didn’t get a chance to tell you. I always LOVED the serious and feeling the love of Jesus Christ through you but now, I don’t know if you realize you are dismissive & rude. I want the real you back. Call me bc some things I cannot text. God bless your day! You deserve to be happy. I’m not posting to be mean but perhaps helpful since I’m not the only one getting angry services - great but you do seem very mad & that’s not the Sandra I know & love! I even brought my mom bc I knew you’d be nice to her

I truly hated my experience at this place. The woman was hateful and kept pulling the hair, instead of combing it. When corrected she was more spiteful and kept breaking hair. She clearly did not use the right technique for dreads removal. I hate the choice I made, and clearly would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Sure!! Keep making excuses for your incompetence and rude behavior! Look around in other customer reviews. A lot of people have called you rude and instead of acknowledging that you didn't know how to deal with hair matting, you had the audacity of posting pictures without due permission from the clients and are now turning around to hide your lack of knowledge! It would have been best if you could just admit that you don't know how to deal with matting instead of pullin

I came in looking terrible because the night before I had taken my braids out, colored it and then tried to shampoo it. Bad Idea! They told me my mistakes, educated me for the future and Ill be back!

I love Sandra she has been doing my curly 3c hair and i love it. Very professional and talented.
