Isa graciously works with me on my limited availability. Her professionalism and hospitality is outstanding. What I appreciate most is her honesty when it comes to how fragile and sensitive my hair is. She will refrain from doing a bleaching job, if she knows it will damage my hair. I know some places will do what a client asks for, but it will be at the expense of their own hair. Isa will advise you to wait if necessary, or will suggest taking an alternative route; which will eventually lead you to what you asked for without sacrificing your healthy hair. The salon is a cozy, and charming business that looks more like a house. If you make it here, you may entertain yourself by reading all of the signs that are hung all over the salon. =)
