Stacy the owner of Savvy Hair Design has cut my hair for around a year now. I’ve never had an issue, never had a complaint, never had a bad cut or experience, I’ve never had to wait for her to finish another appointment she’s always in such a great mood with a great atmosphere and makes my day so much better. I Would give no stars if I could. Attached is the communication from both myself and the salon. They should be ashamed of themselves, and to blame my daughter is disgusting!! We dropped over $500 between us. To say that I am LIVID is an understatement!! Nicole charged my daughter $210 for a "bilioge" and hair cut. My daughter had a picture of what she wanted and I showed Nicole this prior to the appointment and again at the appointment. She said she doesn't think she would be able to get some parts that light ( although she could have! My daughter hair is light already) it was NOTHING like the pic and she toned it with some toner that made it purple. Unexceptionable! She said after she washes it, it would fade out. She asked Zelli if she likes the darker roots and Zelli said yes, BUT I do

wonderful experience! Stacy was so sweet; she was able to understand my idea & make it look great! shampoo & condition was so nice & products were divine. purchased a root lift spray at a reasonable price.

My sister recommended Stacy to me and my daughter. Today was our first time visiting her and she was amazing!! It was my daughter’s first experience with highlights and she got exactly what she wanted. We both left extremely happy with our experience and already booked our next appointment. 10/10 recommend her!! 😍(Pepper-the sweet pup was an extra bonus! 🐶)

Stacy has been doing my color and hair cuts for a couple of years and I just love her. She does a great job of listening to what I want, offering suggestions and getting my color right which other hair dressers have not been able to do. I would highly recommend her and her salon in a heartbeat!
