I had my Brazilian wax done today by Lynn. She's the sweetest soul. I'm not gonna lie, Brazilian waxes are painful but her technique of removing the hair with minimal pain was just mind blowing. She's so informative and knows what's she's doing. She even pulled out the tiny hair which left the whole area very clean. I'm very impressed. Definetely going back to her for all future Brazilian wax.

Riba is the best! She has cut my hair and given me great advice on how to care for it for years. My hair has been naturally straight, wavy, and curly in the span of 10 years and she helps me make sure it always looks good. From product recommendations to new cuts to routine tips, she takes great care of me and my hair. I first found out about this salon when my grandma got her hair cut here and recommended it. Ever since, I only get my hair done at Savoir Faire. The 40 minute drive from where I live is always worth it. Riba does great work with every texture and length of hair, all three generations of the ladies in my family love her! She curls my hair in such a beautiful way and I always leave the salon feeling pretty :)

Azita is absolutely amazing! I've been trying to find a new salon to try in the area and I'm so happy with my experience at this one. I came in with an idea and picture of how I wanted my hair and Azita figured out how to make it happen for me. She really listened to me about what I wanted done which has not always been my experience in the past. I will definitely be coming back!

Roya ignored my messages when I tried booking and only replied after repeated follow-ups. When I asked her colleague Reva for help, she refused, saying it “does not look good to take her customer.” Instead of professionalism, they prioritized their friendship over basic customer service. Completely unprofessional — I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this salon.

Awful haircut by Azital(?)!! I went in with curly hair that was past shoulder length. I asked for her to trim about two inches and layer it. I also asked for an inverted bob style. She chopped it all off! She told me the ends were really damaged and it needed to be cut off. She told me that since it is so fine, I needed it short for body!!! That was an awful experience! It took me so long to grow. Here’s a before and after. The only reason I didn’t complain right away was because it was blow dried straight so it looked a bit nicer.
