Mandy was fantastic! After going through a long process to treat my cancer with a double mastectomy at 45 (plus chemo), I wasn't sure I wanted to go through anymore. I had planned to do the final cosmetic work with tattooing but when the time came it just felt like one more procedure. I waited 2 years but I am thankful that my surgeon and my husband encouraged me to see Mandy. I didn't realize how much my self esteem had been affected but I an beyond happy now with the end result. She made me feel comfortable and involved me in the process. The finished product looks more realistic than I imagined was possible. I highly recommend the Sauler Institute! I visited Mandy a few days ago for a 3D tattoo. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. At the end of the procedure, I was very satisfied with the results. I removed the bandages after a few days and couldn’t believe how incredible I looked! Wow! The entire experience was pleasant from scheduling to the actual appointment. My experience with this business was extremely negative. The owner was unreliable, and agreements were changed without notice. I felt taken advantage of. I also observed concerning issues with cleanliness, organization, and compliance with basic professional standards. The overall environment did not feel trustworthy or safe.
