Saturia Nails

I went to Saturia Nails every 2 weeks for 2 years because it was so close to my home but they became busy and quality went down because they were rushing. It also bothered me that after 2 years, their manager Kevin could not remember my name. I took my business elsewhere. Fast-forward to February 1, 2025. I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to the salon for her birthday. I was hesitant, but it was convenient because we were Do pizza and cake in the same shopping center. I made the appts and was very clear that the girls were doing just mani pedis and any add ons or upgrades needed to go through me. They said $42 per girl with the student discount which was fine. The girls got started and I realized they were not only doing the deluxe mani/pedi because they were sneaky and upsol

The reason I am giving this review is in hopes that it will save them customers in the future. I had already slowed down visiting this salon for this reason. But, after yesterday, I will not be back. There is one employee that is incredibly aggressive. She insists that you upgrade, whether it is the type of pedicure you want or the type of polish. I feel like every time I have her I almost get in an argument with her. Yesterday, she insisted I get gel on my toes. After telling her no 5 times, I had to get aggressive back. A salon experience is supposed to be relaxing and I cannot enjoy it if I get this person. The actual work she does is good and I have had many good experiences at this salon. But, they need to learn to respect their customer's requests.

Ive been going here for a while and haven’t had any problems until recently. I went in the other week to get halloween nails and they looked awful. All I wanted was a black french tip with spiderwebs on two nails (which are a design that they offer). All of the nails were uneven, the black part was way too thick, and the spiderwebs were horribly done. The lady doing my nails left black powder all over my hands and made my cuticles bleed. She was also standing right next to me and staring at my receipt while when I was trying to write the tip. I went back to try and get them fixed, but the lady insisted they looked good so I just asked her to paint them black. tried saturia after a bad experience at another salon. my nails were all different lengths and shapes when coming in. kevin fixed my nails and the look awesome!! will definitely be coming back. pink is before & red is after kevin fixed them :) also their staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable

I loved this place my nails turned out so cute and the nail shape and design is perfect. Looks exactly like my reference picture and only took about an hour! Staff is so nice and welcoming!!
