Sarah does excellent work with a good heart. I have been fortunate to get massages from her a few times in the past year. The most recent time I had been dealing with a flare up of a long-term low back issue for a few weeks ahead of a big river trip on the Grand Canyon. I knew I needed my back in good shape and had tried a number of different local healers (chiro and accupuncture) and to self-heal without success. Sarah was able to get me into an appointment and provide me some long-term improvement by working to pinpoint and treat the source of pain as well as help relax the neighboring and connected tissue. She also gave me some homework to continue to work to heal myself after our appointment which I appreciated. Very professional, knowledgeable = highly recommended.
