Have been several times now and never disappointed. Masseuse is very professional and does exceptional work. Given my back injuries, it has frequently been difficult to find a good masseuse that understands the right pressure and focal points. Not a problem here. Will definitely be returning.

So glad I found this little spot! Cindy is amazing and I leave feeling relaxed every time. I used to pay double this price at hand and Stone for not as great of a massage as I get here. Bonus points that it’s super close to home.

I love Satori Massage, but even more so, I love Lucky! She consistently makes me feel relaxed, listens to my requests, and I can see that she puts great effort into paying attention to what my body needs. I love going here and highly recommend Lucky to anyone interested in getting a great massage!

Let me start by saying the massage itself was great — it lasted two hours and was relaxing. However, the experience overall wasn’t the best. The masseuse didn’t focus on the specific areas I mentioned before my appointment, and the customer service was disappointing. Eva, one of the masseuses, seemed upset when I didn’t leave a larger tip, which made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I noticed a young man had left his wallet on the couch, I tried to let the staff know, but they rushed me out the door even though I was only trying to make sure the wallet — which clearly had a lot of cash — got back to its owner. Overall, the service could definitely improve in professionalism and customer care
