Never have I had a worst experience to get my hair cut. This is my experience, and the most egregious part about the interaction with the owner will be separated at the bottom. I located this place online for a same day hair cut, I was welcomed in and asked to sit down. I was asked how I would like my hair cut, I told her that I needed it to look professional, but low maintenance and that I just had surgery along with some stitches removed recently. She followed up with cutting the smallest patch of hair on the right side of my head directly above my ear and asked if that was close enough, and I informed her that I could not tell from that point of inspection and further explained that I would have to see the side of my head closer to the crown cut to a preferable length to know, to which

Loved it here so much! I went to Traci and not only was her, and the rest of the stylists, customer service amazing but she took good care of me! So sweet and got the prettiest balyage on my virgin hair!

Love the vibe of the salon and Traci does a great job!
