I'd like to make an appointment but their phone number saya it is not currently accepting messages since voice mail has not been activated. I would like to make an appointment since they are close to me. But very confusing to get this response to an attempted phone connection. don't know what kind of star I can give them :(

Excellent experience very great job I love my hair every time I get it done ! Very homey love the atmosphere. Great group of women that run it and own it . I always get Grace myself but we go way back but can't go wrong with any of them ...

We see Alyssa and she is great! She cuts my 5 year old son's hair and is great with this squirmy talkative kid. Definitely recommend! Now he's 12 and we still see Alyssa! Actually 8 of my family members all see her! She is fabulous!

Very unprofessional. 1st & last visit. No acknowledgement when entered the building, sat for over a hour an hour. watched the girl who my appt. was with flit around playing with a cat who her friend had brought in while I am sitting there waiting. When I inquired how much longer it would be she rudely informed me she had to comb out another customer and incorrectly stated I had only been waiting 15 minutes, I have visited many salons but this was the worst experience I have ever had.

I've been going to Henrietta for YEARS. Absolutely love her and the staff at Sassy Scissors. I often get compliments on my color and cut.
