After 15 years of loyal service I will not be going back. The owner was out of town and I had an appointment for a basic dip manicure and I walked out with the worst nails I have ever seen in my life. There was no effort, the guy that was doing my nails was fighting with his wife the whole time and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I still have the dip all over my hands and the disrespect I received was like nothing I have experienced before. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today, and I know if the owner would have been there that would have never happened. I wish I could say this was the first time I got this treatment from the same couple there but it is every time I go in so for that they have lost my business for good. This is my first time getting a professional, manicure and the woman who did my nails didn’t talk to me the whole time, but was talking to her coworker. She didn’t ask me how I liked them step-by-step, she cut up my fingers. She didn’t grind down the gel that she put on my nails properly and they’re not even fully painted with polish and she charged me $75 when manicures there go for $35 and I got a simple French manicure. I’m very unhappy with my experience here and very disappointed in the staffs customer service.

Jayden does a fantastic job. I’ve waited to review until I had him do a few sets and he is consistently good. He’s meticulous and friendly. I will choose him every time.

What a fabulous nail salon! I arrived a little early for my appointment and they quickly seated me. I had very gentle care for my nails. I had already tried to remove an old set of acrylic nails, but created a “mess” of my nails. The technician did an amazing job removing the few leftover old nails and gave me my own nails back!! I am very pleased with my visit! I wished I lived closer because this would be my new favorite salon!

My first visit to this nail salon and I was very impressed. It was very busy inside, but they were able to take me as a walk-in. I got a pedicure. It was reasonably priced. Pretty decor inside the shop with relaxing music playing in the background. I will definitely be coming back.
