Sassy Nails

Have been here about 10 times. Nails and toes both times. Came in today, not busy. Said I wanted pedicure and Kim to do my nails. Need tips and dip. Nails were clean and ready to go. I had already taken them off. She was with someone so pedicure done first. I was ready for her. Pedi guy was just wiping legs down and putting on shoes. Another person walks in and actually says I just stopped in. Need my nails only no toes today. The pedi guy working on me was about to start on her until she said that. So before I could get my purse and walk over to Kim's station they sat the other lady down and said, "OH she had an appt. You didnt. But i was here 1 hour waiting on Kim. " Not true. They said I would wait 30 min. it was over an hour. And their charge to use my debit card $3, not good business.

Honest Review: I Won’t Be Returning to Sassy Nails I’ve been holding off on writing this for a while, but it’s time to share my experience. I started going to Sassy Nails mainly because it was within walking distance of my home convenient, yes, but definitely not worth the frustration. From the start, my nails never lasted long. I actually got so used to poor quality that I started carrying nail glue around just to reattach the ones that would pop off which happened often. One time, all my nails came off the VERY NEXT DAY . The owner did fix them and had one of the technicians (the one who’s a TikTok model) redo them and to be fair, those nails actually lasted longer than usual. What I asked for ( black and pink) verses what they decided to give me (black and silver). Not only does this not look like the picture, it's the worst overlay I ever received. Nails are more slanted on one side than the other, not evenly filed into a coffin shape. She accidentally filed my finger, which caused it to bleed (that was ok, accidents happen) but she threw the nail file back into drawer with other nail files instead of throwing it away. Completely unsanitary!!!!

I really love my nails after leaving there. I do the dip nails and I think it's amazing. The staff are all so nice and polite. I was having my nails done at another place that was my favorite place to go because they had one nail tech that was so good and kept me laughing the whole time I was there. But the last two weeks I have tried to go get them done they have been closed. And I needed them redone so I found myself at Sassy Nails. Thanks for doing such a great job.

First off, the old man does not care what you want. I asked for French tip on my toes, literally my skin was painted more then my actual toe nails. When I asked the other guy if he could fix it, he tried to charge me more. Costs $45 dollars to get some little nails put on. If you want longer, they want you to pay up to $90 just for medium/long length. I asked for jewels. He would not give me jewels, even though I was willing to pay extra, I asked for a design he wouldn’t not give me a design. Basically they do whatever they want. He wouldn’t cut back my cuticles or even do a proper nail prep before he slapped some acrylic on my hands. Worst place ever. Worst people ever. Also, they let their kid run around without shoes on, spilling cookies and soda everywhere, so very unsanitary
