Sassy Nails

Used to go regularly for both manicures and pedicures, but today was the last straw that broke the camel's back. Never going back!!!! They are always late and keep customers waiting, sometimes for 30-40 minutes. The appointment time means nothing to them. You come on time and they are never on time. Extremely disrespectful about clients schedules. It's a very convenient location for me, but it's totally not worth the wait every single time. I deleted the contact from my phone and will be going to nail salons that have more respect. The services are just okay and there are many other nail salon options in town. It’s not easy to get me to write a negative review, but this is consistent occurrence time after time. Not worth the aggravation.

I love getting my nails done here! They always come out beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The salon recently got renovated and it looks very clean and inviting. I usually get a mani pedi with dip on my nails and gel on my toes. I love that they have matching sets and a look book of the colors that let me do that!

Worse place to have manicured The guy never spoke only” wash hand” after put the wrong liquid on thinking I’m doing fake nails!! Don’t understand why we put up with such rudeness Speaking their language to each other across the room as we the customers are invisible! After put the polish on,I followed him to the front dryer but never told me how long to stay .. got up when I though my nails dry already …of course within an hour most my nails are messed up ! What a waste of money& time The only English spoken there is “ pick a color as you enter the store 2) want to pay” when it’s come to money they speak great English!!why I went to such unfriendly place? Had G C over a year in my car …. Ps The pedicure was great the woman was good again not one word exchange between us …. I’m sure there

Most rushed pedicure I’ve ever had..19 minutes and 3-4 minutes was spent trying to get water warmer than room temp..everything was rushed..the person beside me (who started well before me) still being massaged with a hot towel while my toes were being painted. I am an out of towner, maybe this is more of a local place? Outcome is fine, nothing special. I really just wanted to relax and have my feet massaged but I felt like an assembly line product.

Had a wonderful experience! I got a gel manicure this time and a pedicure last time. Maya did a great job listening to my request for the shape and she was careful. The place itself is clean, the workers are respectful (not speaking too loudly at each other) and would highly recommend anyone go to this place!
