There were definitely some pros, such as it being affordable, quick, they took me last minute and are open later than some salons in the area. The woman doing my nails was very nice, it was a clean and relaxing environment. That being said, I probably wouldn't go back. My gel manicure is super lumpy and my nail chipped within 2 days of the manicure. She used the electric file, which bothered me because I didn't even have gel on my nails to take off.

Very happy with this nail salon. Very professional, clean, talented technicians lots of design options, Kiki is fantastic - always gives 110% with every client with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Anything I ask as far as design - she can do! And when I let her pick the design I am always thrilled. Update Aug 23. Heading to Italy on vacation and staying on a lemon farm. Asked Kiki for lemon nails and I am THRILLED! This is free from hand painted!! She is incredibly talented with design and quality of powder gel nails is always A+. The best. Beautiful Christmas nails too!

Although I try not to write negative reviews, this time I was unable to refrain. I wish I knew the older lady’s name who works there. She seemed to be having a difficult day at work. I went to remove my powder gel, and she filed my nails so deep that my own nails had lines. Later, one of my fingers was burning as she went way too close, and now I’m struggling to grow them. My nails have become quite thin, and I can see dents in them, which will take some time to fill in. I had to warn the woman twice not to trim my cuticles too close. She was in a hurry and was not giving me a break at all. I didn’t enjoy my pedicure or manicure.

Had an unfortunate experience here- an older woman (whose name I didn't catch) was rather gruff. She had four of my fingers actively bleeding during my manicure and was overall uncomfortable to interact with. The paint itself was inconsistent and messy- she left paint under my nails and on my skin. I'm sure she isn't representative of every tech there, but it was enough to make me never want to come back!
