Brooklyn location is clean, but stuffs is extremely pressuring to buy their product. I ended up buying a BODY OIL $118 using on my face. Sasa will charge $25 as add on for trying their product. So it makes sense to buy it. When the facial was completed, my face and body were itching, the stuff blamed on the towel that I might be sensitive. By the time I get home, my neck and chest were also itching and red. (Towel only use on my face, but why is my neck and chest itching and red?) I will not renew my membership once my package is complete. Last few times I went for facial, stuffs only wants to make sales or buying more thousands of $ package when i still many more times to go. I feel the pressure of making purchase every time which makes the facial hard to relax.

I have been going for my facials and eyelashes perm for years. I like to get them done by Amanda. I get the packages (10) with something extra for free. I try to go once a month but it is difficult with my busy life. I have a lot of blackheads and T-zone, so my facials can be sometimes be painful trying to get all that junk out. I get two types depending on what I need collagen facial or green tea facial. The products are really good. My pores look reduce in size and clean for days after facial.

This is the WORST facialist in the world! Do not go here!! I left with red marks all over my face! The facialist "Suki" was too rough even though I asked her 3 times to be more gentle! It was so painful and when she was done, my face was ruined! This is a week later and I still have dark circular marks all over my face. It looks like I got a beating or a disease and all the make-up in the world has not covered it up because the bruises are bumpy. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOU LOOK!!!

Standard Chinatown facial salon. Staff sells you on packages for facials, then upsells. Clean salon, pleasant staff. Minimal extractions with my basic facial and they didnt even use the magnifier and light. Good massage. Free eyebrow plucking included.

I would give this no star if I could. I brought a black head peefoff mask from here. I wasn’t sure about buying this, but the lady kept telling me that I definitely should buy it and said that she was positive this was a good product. I brought it, then I was rush out by the lady. RUDE. Now to the main point. I rush home, can’t wait to try it on. The moment I open it, IT WAS DEAD DRY. I called in right after. NO ONE PICKED UP. Finally I brought the thing back 2weeks later because I had work and I finally had time to go. I asked for the person who sold me that trash. They said she was on vacation for the whole month.
