!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased a package of 12 massages from Sarasota Dermabeauty and only used 3 of them. On December 22, I contacted Sandra to schedule another appointment and was informed that the remaining massages had expired. At the time of purchase, I was never informed that the package had an expiration date. I was also never contacted as a courtesy to notify me that the package was nearing expiration. When I asked how many massages I had lost, my message was ignored and I never received a response. As a business owner myself, I find this extremely disappointing. Good customer service and responsible business practices—especially for high-value service packages—include clearly disclosing expiration policies and notifying clients before unused services expire, particularly whe
