I was assigned to Kassidie as a new client when I booked a haircut and highlight appointment. Since her schedule was widely open, I booked a morning session, anticipating that the process of bleaching and coloring my black hair would take some time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I spent nearly $300 and returned twice for corrections, but the results were still not what I expected. Kassidie was polite but not very communicative, and time management seemed to be a challenge. During the first appointment, she made two attempts to color my hair. After the first attempt failed, she increased the color “volume” and, following a suggestion from another stylist (possibly the salon owner), placed me under low heat for 10 minutes. Lindsay was so professional and took the time to explain the whys and hows. My hair looks the best it’s ever looked. I give her a 10 on head massages. My color is finally right. Thumbs up!

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a massage therapist. A friend recommended Tracy at Sarah Ashley Salon. Tracy was wonderful! Very professional and excellent at her job. 60 minutes later I was feeling great. I look forward to seeing Tracy for a very long time. She is my go to for massages.

Found this salon on Google and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and my hair looks fantastic! Will definitely be going back.
